Service includes necessary procedures for finding competent employees – starting with position analysis and composing employee profile, selection of recruitment source, composing job offer, analysing CV-s and cover letters, after pre-selection testing and interviewing the candidates until finding suitable candidates for sending to the client.
If needed, we send results of candidates interviews and tests and our assessment during whole recruitment procedure and give consultation about selecting final candidate.
